大连市沙河口区社康老年综合服务中心针对空巢老人身边无子女，购物不便的实际情况，把沃尔玛、家乐福的购物方式反过来，登门为老年人配送产品，同时为老年人提供无偿和低偿的各种优质服务。内容包括：老年中介服务、老年文化娱乐、老年用品展示、老年健康锻炼。为把这些服务延伸到社区，社康老年综合服务中心计划在全大连市各社区设立“社康服务站”，首批二十家“社康服务站”设立后得到了进站老人一致好评。
